• When you arrive for curbside pickup, we ask that you do not call us. We have big windows and can see you! 🙂 If we don’t come out right away, we are likely busy assisting other customers and we will be right with you.
• If you have multiple orders, please mention that you have multiple orders in your Order Notes at checkout.
Yes. Illinois has issued a mandate that requires everyone to wear a mask or face covering in our shop. You will be asked to leave if you don’t have a mask or face covering.
We currently do not ship alcohol. We only ship general merchandise like apparel, glassware, and giftcards.
We are open 11am to 8pm daily.
Yes, but we only offer this service in-store. Singles are not available online.
We can fulfill most orders within 60 minutes or less. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. Please do not arrive before receiving that email.
We allow for 3 days to pick up your online order.
Yes, we do. Please make sure you enter your proxy’s full name in your Order Notes at checkout. Please make sure your proxy states your full name or order number when picking up your order.
Please pull up in front of our shop right next to our fancy CURB PICKUP sign. We will come out to ask for your ID, so please have it ready.
If you’d like for us to load your order in your car, please open any doors or roll down your window. For the safety of our staff, we will not open or close any doors. If you opt for us to load your order, we are not responsible for any broken items.
You should receive 2 emails after placing your order. The first is your confirmation email stating we’ve received your order. The second email will arrive once we’ve fulfilled your order and it’s ready for pickup.
If you don’t receive the second email 2 hours after placing your order, please call the shop at 708-263-0449 to inquire about your order’s status.
