• Please do not call us if you placed an online order for curbside pickup. We have big windows and can see you! 🙂 If we don’t come out right away, we are likely busy assisting other customers and we will be right with you.
• If you have multiple orders, please mention that you have multiple orders in your Order Notes at checkout.
If you’d like for us to load your order in your car, please open any doors or roll down your window. For the safety of our staff, we will not open or close any doors. If you opt for us to load your order, we are not responsible for any broken items.
If you don’t receive the second email 1 hour after placing your order, please call the shop at 708-263-0449 to inquire about your order’s status.
