Our 2017 TOB Run Club season is completed until next year. In the meantime, let’s keep our fitness in check with a few rounds of Winter Yoga!
Join The Open Bottle and SPENGA for Winter Yoga on the 2nd Sunday of every month until March 2018! Our instructor, Kim, will lead an all level class of yoga that’s main focus is to increase strength, flexibility and aid in recovery. A combination of static, flowing and repetitive movements will be used to help build strength and increase body awareness to improve alignment, posture and joint stability.
$10 ticket gets you access to 1 hour of all level yoga from 10:30am until 11:30am. Yoga participants will receive 1 free designated draft beer after the class to quench your thirst.
Please bring a yoga mat, water, towel, and your inner zen to the class!
$10 ticket per class. Tickets must be purchased in advance online. Classes held on Dec 10, Jan 14, Feb 11, and Mar 11. No refunds.
